Do my customers pay any fee?
No. Paying a merchant with Payroon is free for the customer.
What do I pay?
Nothing per sale. Moving money from your merchant balance to your main balance costs 0%. Then cashing out to Mobile Money follows Payroon's usual withdrawal fee.
Do I need a new account?
No. If you have a Payroon account, just sign in and open the merchant space.
When can I take real payments?
Test keys are instant. Live keys switch on after Payroon briefly reviews your business.
Do I need to code?
No. Payment links and QR codes work without code. The API is there if you have a website.
What if my server is down?
Notifications are retried automatically several times, and you can resend them by hand from your space.
